Recently, in the workshop of LTZC Bearing , the final set of "013.60.2800" external gear slewing bearings was packed and sealed, marking the offline completion of the first batch of 12 slewing bearings customized by the company for a large domestic construction machinery enterprise. The bearings were delivered on time to the customer's assembly base. With their unique four-point contact ball structure design and precise performance parameters, these bearings have filled the technical gap in mass production of large-diameter slewing bearings in the region.
The delivered slewing bearings belong to LTZC's independently developed 013 series flagship products, with structural designs specially optimized for the heavy-load and high-frequency rotation characteristics of construction machinery:
• Core Structure: Adopts a split design for the inner and outer rings, with a double-arc four-point contact raceway. It is equipped with 48 sets of 32mm diameter silicon carbide ceramic rolling elements and a polyamide 66 cage, enabling simultaneous bearing of axial force, radial force, and overturning moment. The rated axial load of a single bearing can reach 1,200kN, equivalent to the pressure of a 120-ton heavy object.
• Transmission Design: The outer side of the outer ring is processed with involute external teeth with a module of 10. The tooth surface is carburized and quenched to HRC58-62, and the cumulative pitch error is controlled within 0.02mm. When meshing with the drive gear, the transmission efficiency reaches 98.5%, reducing noise by 3 decibels compared to traditional structures.
• Sealing System: Innovatively uses a "double lip + labyrinth" composite seal. The inner fluororubber lip can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 120°C, while the outer stainless steel labyrinth groove effectively blocks dust intrusion. Laboratory tests show that its sealing life reaches 12,000 hours, 1.5 times the industry standard.
Strictly Control the Entire Production Process to Ensure Delivery Timeliness
"From receiving the order to delivery, it only took 45 days, 5 days ahead of the contract schedule," said the Director of LTZC's Production Scheduling Center. By optimizing process coordination, the transfer time for key processes such as heat treatment and grinding was compressed by 20%, ultimately achieving efficient delivery. At present, these bearings have been sent to the customer's factory through dedicated logistics and will be used for the turntable assembly of 25-ton truck cranes, expected to enter the market next month.
This successful delivery not only verifies LTZC's mass production capability in the field of large-diameter slewing bearings but also marks a further improvement in the recognition of its products in the supporting market for core components of construction machinery. In the next step, the enterprise plans to develop a new generation of lightweight and long-life slewing bearings for the new energy construction machinery field, continuously expanding the application boundaries.
