On September 26th, the NEVA 2025 International Exhibition for Shipping, Shipbuilding, Ports and Offshore Engineering concluded at the St. Petersburg Exhibition Center. During the exhibition, the LTZC booth welcomed over 800 Russian-speaking trade visitors, including leading Russian companies such as Global Ports and Admiralty Shipyards. Its slewing bearings were recognized for their wide adaptability, high reliability, and advanced intelligence. The company has secured cooperation agreements with 23 companies (15 local equipment manufacturers and 8 port-related companies), covering customized production and technology upgrades. Cold-resistant and high-speed slewing bearings are a key focus. Three companies have entered sample testing, with mass production expected in early 2026.

The LTZC team also engaged with local experts and companies to gain insights into market pain points. Addressing issues such as high corrosion and wear at low temperatures and the urgent need for intelligent transformation for port equipment, they developed customized solutions. For example, upgrading slewing bearings for cranes can extend equipment life by 3-5 years and reduce costs by 20%. Representatives stated that they will focus on research and development for cold resistance and stability, and plan to establish an after-sales service center in St. Petersburg to deepen local cooperation.

Slewing Bearings: Boosting Sino-Russian Cooperation

This exhibition promoted Sino-Russian maritime interaction, and LTZC's achievements demonstrated the international competitiveness of Chinese slewing bearings. Data shows that China's exports of core maritime equipment components to Russia have increased by an average of 15% annually. This cooperation agreement is expected to boost LTZC's slewing bearing sales to Russia to over 50 million yuan by 2026. Going forward, LTZC will increase R&D efforts, focusing on products for polar regions and automated ports, and deepen cooperation in the Russian-speaking region.
