What are the characteristics of LTZC double row toothless bearings

LTZC double-row ball toothless bearings are heavy-load and have good rigidity. They are suitable for low-speed precision rotation support and have strong anti-overturning performance.

Structure: Two rows of rolling elements of the same diameter are symmetrically arranged. The inner and outer rings are toothless and serve only as support, with the rolling elements separated by a cage, resulting in a compact design.

Load Capacity: Higher than single-row bearings, primarily radially, with some types capable of withstanding certain axial loads. Load distribution is even, and fatigue resistance is strong.

Performance: The toothless structure reduces additional errors, resulting in high rotational accuracy, low vibration and noise, and excellent high-speed stability.

Maintenance: A compatible lubricant is required, with dedicated oil passages ensuring uniform lubrication and proper clearance control to prevent abnormal wear.

Applications

Construction Machinery: Particularly suitable for loading and unloading machinery such as tower cranes and truck cranes requiring medium or larger diameters. It can also be used in equipment such as excavators to support and rotate working devices.

Port Machinery: Applications such as quay crane pitch mechanisms and yard crane trolley slewing mechanisms can withstand the heavy and complex loads encountered in port operations.

Metallurgical Machinery: Applications such as continuous casting machine turrets and ladle turrets ensure stable operation under high temperatures and heavy loads.

Other Applications: Applications include construction robots, automation equipment, the medical industry, precision instruments, and the center support of Ferris wheels and large carousels in amusement facilities.
