The steel is heated to 1150-1200℃ and forged with a 4000-ton forging press, with a forging ratio of 3-5, a temperature fluctuation of ±50℃, and a pressure of 3000-3500 tons.
Processed with a CK61250 CNC lathe, the diameter tolerance of the inner and outer rings is ±0.5mm, with a machining allowance of 3-5mm reserved.
Heated in a box furnace to 850-860℃, kept warm for 2-3 hours, oil-cooled to below 200℃, then tempered at 200-220℃ for 4-5 hours, with the hardness reaching HRC60-64.
Grinding with an MKL7150×160 grinder, with a dimensional accuracy of IT5 grade and a surface roughness of Ra0.4μm; processing external teeth with a Y3180H gear hobbing machine, with a tooth profile tolerance of grade 7 and a cumulative pitch tolerance of ≤0.05mm.
Three rows of cylindrical rollers are installed, with a fitting clearance of 0.02-0.05mm and a radial runout of ≤0.05mm.
The diameter deviation is ≤±0.1mm, the radial clearance is 0.15-0.3mm, and there is no abnormality after 2 hours of rotation under 1.2 times the rated dynamic load. After passing the inspection, it is stored in the warehouse.
