Product structure: Adopts a double-row spherical roller design, with a tapered bore in the inner ring and oil holes and oil grooves in the outer ring. It can realize the fixed connection between the shaft and the bearing through an adapter sleeve and can adapt to slight deflection of the shaft.
Product materials: The inner ring, outer ring, and rolling elements are made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15), and the cage is made of brass, which has good wear resistance and toughness.
Model 1797/3230G2K
Product structure: It is a single-row roller bearing with a reinforced cage. The contact angle is optimally designed to bear large combined radial and axial loads, and the rollers and raceways adopt a line contact form.
Product materials: The rolling elements and rings are made of carburized bearing steel (20CrNiMo), which undergoes carburizing and quenching treatment, resulting in high surface hardness and good core toughness. The cage is made of stamped steel.

Product structure: A single-row tapered roller bearing with a large cone angle design, mainly bearing axial loads and also able to bear a certain radial load. The outer ring is equipped with a retaining groove and a retaining ring for convenient axial positioning.
Product materials: The rolling elements and rings are made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15), the cage is made of forged steel, and the retaining ring is made of spring steel.
