Production process

Taking the bearing of model 132.60.6300.03 used in 350-ton fixed cranes as an example, with an outer diameter of 6795mm, it belongs to an extra-large slewing bearing. The production workshop carries out work in accordance with strict technological processes.

First, in the large vertical lathe workshop, equipment such as 5.6-meter CNC vertical lathes are used for rough machining of the raw materials of the inner and outer rings of the bearing to ensure basic dimensional accuracy.

Then, in the turning, drilling, and gear processing workshop, gear processing and drilling and other fine operations are carried out through equipment such as 1.6-meter CNC gear shapers and 4-meter hobbing machines to prepare for subsequent assembly.

Finally, in the grinding workshop, equipment such as 2.5-meter floor grinders are used for grinding the bearing surface to ensure that the surface roughness and dimensional accuracy of the bearing meet the design requirements. Throughout the production process, technicians strictly control each process to ensure that product quality meets high standards.

Acceptance stage

After the slewing bearing production is completed, it enters the customer acceptance stage.
