Characteristics of straight tooth drive
1. The surface of components such as the slewing drive housing and flanges is treated with phosphating or spray molding, which is aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant.
2. Gear and gear ring undergo tooth quenching to increase tooth bearing capacity, significantly increase tooth wear resistance, and extend service life.
3. gears are supported and rotated by bearings at both ends, ensuring smooth rotation and high reliability, reducing damage to the gearbox shaft or motor shaft.
4. Adapting flanges are customized according to customer requirements to meet various installation needs.
5. Rotary drive adopts a compact design, saving installation space for customers and making it easier for them to design a lightweight complete machine, making installation and use more convenient.
6. The slewing bearing uses a four point contact ball type, which can simultaneously withstand axial, radial loads, and overturning torque, with high rotational speed.
7. Shell is made of QT450-10 casting, with small processing deformation, high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, stability, and durability.
8. The slewing bearing and shell of the slewing drive are all sealed with NBR rubber, which is dust-proof, splash-proof, and IP65 protection level.
9. The slewing drive adopts a fully wrapped design, which makes the lubricating grease less prone to pollution and loss, reduces maintenance frequency, and reduces maintenance costs.
