Precautions for the installation and use of worm rotation drive
1. The specified bolts should be used for tightening bolts, and full thread bolts cannot be used. Do not use old bolts, nuts, and washers, and do not use open washers such as elastic washers
2. The inner and outer raceways of the positioning worm slewing drive have a soft belt that should be placed on both sides of the main load plane. Staggered by 90 degrees from the main load zone. There is a blockage or an "S" mark at the soft band. In addition, it is necessary to check the fit between the worm rotation drive and the installation surface, usually using a feeler gauge. If the fit is not good, appropriate materials should be used to fill it. Welding operations on the support are prohibited after the installation of the worm rotation drive.
