LTZC to Showcase Slewing Bearing Solutions at Vietnam Maritime Expo 2026

From October 21 to 23, 2026, LTZC participated in the "Vietnam Maritime Expo 2026," held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. During the event, many customers expressed interest in our slewing bearings. We engaged in face-to-face discussions regarding tailored slewing bearing solutions, a process that also served as an opportunity to further strengthen our presence in the maritime and industrial equipment markets across Southeast Asia.

This exhibition brings together numerous international shipbuilding firms, maritime companies, and businesses within the marine equipment supply chain. Spanning approximately 150,000 square meters and hosting over 1,000 exhibitors, the three-day event saw the LTZC booth attract hundreds of industry experts, resulting in a significant number of procurement inquiries from international clients.

At this exhibition, many clients showed keen interest in the working loads, sealing systems, and lubrication systems of slewing bearings. The various sealing solutions we showcased also garnered significant attention and recognition. Crane Slewing Bearing Solutions: LTZC’s crane bearings are selected and engineered based on specific criteria, including crane tonnage, overturning moment, and operating conditions. They feature raceways made of 42CrMo steel that undergo quenching and tempering, complemented by specialized sealing systems and anti-corrosion coatings. When paired with proper lubrication, these bearings effectively withstand impacts, dust, and salt-spray corrosion, ensuring smooth and reliable rotation. Our display featured crane slewing bearings supplied on a long-term basis to Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZPMC), including models such as:

Large-Diameter Slewing Bearing Solutions: Designed for large-scale, heavy-load, and harsh outdoor environments, these bearings utilize a high-rigidity, three-row cylindrical roller structure. The heat treatment processes for the raceways and gears are optimized, and the units are equipped with composite dust-sealing systems and heavy-duty anti-corrosion protection. We provide comprehensive, integrated management—covering load verification, precision machining, non-destructive testing (NDT), installation preloading, and periodic maintenance—making them ideal for large-scale lifting machinery, offshore equipment, and bulk material handling systems.

At the exhibition, the LTZC team engaged in face-to-face discussions with clients, resulting in the signing of procurement agreements with several prominent shipyards and bearing distributors, as well as the establishment of long-term strategic partnerships. By showcasing its slewing bearing solutions, LTZC demonstrated its technical capabilities, further strengthening client trust.
