LTZC delivered the domestic first ultra - large bearing for the 2000 - ton fixed crane to its Nanjing customer. During the turning process, rough turning is carried out in accordance with the process drawings, with the cutting speed controlled at 5 revolutions per minute and the cutting amount ranging from 10 mm to 12 mm. After the completion of rough turning, rough turning aging is performed. It is supported by three points and placed horizontally, and the aging process lasts for more than 48 hours before finish turning. During finish turning, the cutting speed is 6 - 8 revolutions per minute, and the cutting amount is 0.3 - 0.5 mm. Finally, for forming finish turning, the fixed clamping device is loosened to make the part free from stress. The turning speed is 8 revolutions per minute, and the cutting amount is 0.2 mm to prevent part deformation.

In the heat treatment stage

the raceway surface is subjected to medium - frequency quenching, so that the hardness is not less than 55HRC, the depth of the hardened layer is not less than 4 mm, the width of the soft zone is less than 50 mm, and marks are made. After quenching, tempering is carried out at 200°C for 48 hours to eliminate internal stress.

After the production is completed, the Nanjing customer conducts strict inspections， all performance indicators have undergone rigorous tests. Finally, the bearing successfully passed the inspection with its excellent quality and was delivered smoothly.
