LTZC develops 24-meter segmented gear ring for Nantong

Luoyang ltzc undertook the development of the 24-meter segmented gear ring project for Jiangsu Nantong Runbang Heavy Machinery.

During the production process

LTZC formulated production plans in accordance with technical requirements and purchased raw materials that meet the standards. After the raw materials arrived at the factory, they were inspected, and those that passed the inspection entered the processing stage. First, the raw materials were processed through forging technology to form initial blanks, followed by rough machining to remove excess materials and determine the basic shape. Then heat treatment was carried out to improve the mechanical properties of the gear ring. Subsequent precision machining focused on key parts such as the tooth profile of the gear ring. 

During the machining process

Precision equipment was used for dimension measurement to ensure compliance with design requirements. After the segmented processing was completed, splicing and debugging were conducted to check the accuracy and stability of the connection of each segment.

In the delivery stage

 LTZC arranged transport vehicles to deliver the 24-meter segmented gear ring to the agreed time and place with Jiangsu Nantong Runbang Heavy Machinery. Fixing measures were taken during transportation to prevent the gear ring from shifting or being damaged during transit. After arrival, both parties jointly inspected the appearance and dimensions of the gear ring, and completed the handover procedures after confirmation.

The 24-meter segmented gear ring project finally passed the certification of China Classification Society (CCS), and the project was successfully completed.
