LTZC produced a 5.2-meter slewing bearing for CITIC Heavy Industries.

Luoyang Heavy-duty Bearing(LTZC) conducted in-depth cooperation with CITIC Heavy Industries, customizing the 5.2-meter slewing bearing E8331-7P for its developed world's largest 18,500-ton free forging hydraulic press project. With an outer diameter of Φ3400mm, this bearing was one of the largest in size and strongest in load-carrying capacity among similar equipment at that time both domestically and globally, and its research, development, and production can be regarded as a technological breakthrough in the field of heavy equipment.

• Ultra-high load-carrying requirements under extreme working conditions: 

the E8331-7P bearing effectively distributes radial load, axial load and overturning moment. The rated dynamic load of a single bearing exceeds 20,000kN, and the static load-carrying capacity reaches more than 50,000kN, perfectly matching the extreme load requirements of the equipment.

• Processing difficulties caused by oversized dimensions: 

 Luoyang Heavy-duty Bearing therefore used customized super-large CNC vertical lathes and special grinding equipment. During the processing, it innovatively adopted the "segmented processing + overall fine adjustment" process. Through the real-time online measurement system, the radial runout and end face runout of the bearing were controlled within 0.1mm, ensuring the stable rotation of the rotary table under heavy load.
