Material Requirements: Bearing steel must possess high purity, high homogeneity, high strength, toughness, and high wear resistance. Typically, trace amounts of rare earth elements are added to the steel, and a low-oxygen casting process is used to manufacture the bearing steel.

Manufacturing Process: This involves multiple complex processes. LTZC has successfully developed a new high-temperature resistant medium to address the issue of uneven temperatures in the quenching zone, ensuring product flatness.

Applications: Primarily used in various shield machines to drive the cutterhead for tunnel excavation operations. Suitable for infrastructure construction in urban subways, railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water conservancy projects.
